The directory annually inspects and rates RV parks and campgrounds according to an exclusive 10/10/10 Triple Rating System. The rating makes the RV park at Prairie's Edge Casino Resort one of highest rated parks in Minnesota.
Independent evaluators crisscross North America reviewing campgrounds using a rating system with a score of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. Three areas are evaluated: facilities, restrooms/showers and visual appearance of the campground.
In the facilities category, the evaluators review hookups, recreation, security, laundry, roads, registration and internet access. In the restroom/shower category evaluators review construction, supplies, cleanliness, appearance and number of facilities. In the visual appearance category evaluators review setting, site layout, function, building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, appearance and entrance. Prairie's Edge Casino Resort received a perfect score in all areas and also received a star of exceptional cleanliness.
The 55 unit campground offers pull-thru and back-in sites. Full hook-up sites and rustic sites are available. The campground also offers a shower pavilion, laundry, staffed office area and play area. A canvas tipi on a raised wooden deck is available for overnight rental.
The RV Park is a short walk from Prairie's Edge Casino Resort. The park is located next to the convenience store offering gas, diesel and LP gas service. The park is open April through October weather permitting.
